Can I clone a Win 7 HD to a Win 10 Machine?

Hi I have an ailing Win 7 HD and would like to clone it to a new machine running Win 10. Can I do it and if so how?

Hi,
There are three options.
1. Instead of Win10 (Need drivers for a new PC for Win7)
2. Near Win10 (In addition to the drivers, it is necessary ability to create a new partition of sufficient size on HDD with Win10)
3. Migrate to a virtual machine that run from Win10

This can be done with the help of HDM15, Drive Copy 15, ..
