Hi, I have problem with license release.
The Paragon Backup & Recovery 16 say "Your product Paragon Backup & Recovery 16 has been successfully activated" >>> https://i.imgur.com/dPH8ijw.jpg
But MyParagon Acount say "License is not in use" >>> https://i.imgur.com/XS7OBdP.jpg
So as you can see I can't release the license and register Paragon Backup & Recovery 16 on another machine, this is simply impossible.

Like I said in the first post, program is activated, on the old windows.
But on the "My Paragon" website the license is released.
I don't have "Release License" button which is shown in this tutorial.

What I see is "License is not in use" which is false.
That means I'm unable to activate this software on another machine because is impossible to release license.
OK, the problem is not solved because there is no problem.
"License is not used" means that you can use the license on another computer because the license is released. If you don't need BR16 on an old PC - just uninstall it via "Add or Remove Programs".
Is far from OK!
And problem is still there!
Do you really think that I didn't tried to activate this software on another machine?
I did, and I can't!
Software told me that license is in use and I can't activate it now, I need to release the license first.
So tell me please, if software on old PC is still activated, and "My Paragon" website is telling me that "License is not in use" then why I can still use the software without activation, this should be impossible right?
Also If you uninstall software it will not release the license!

Eureka! If activate the BR16 not via the serial number, but via the login to MyParagon, then everything turns out. (it seems that so can use one license for many PCs, just don't overuse it).
You are wrong.
I tried to do this several times at the beginning of this very exciting journey.
