I'm trying to reinstall my HFS+ drivers, but the uninstall fails. The uninstaller seems to execute, but the app is not removed from "Add or remove programs".
I'm having the same problem in March, 2021. So this has been a problem for over three (3) YEARS!!!
I downloaded for a free trial - now I can't get rid of it. "Uninstall" from Add/Remove programs runs and "HFS+ for Windows by Paragon Software" briefly disappears from the list of programs - then pops back into the list. I tried restoring from a restore point before I installed HFS+ and all such attempts fail.

Please contact Paragon support team. You can reach them at personal-service@paragon-software.com.
They should provide you with a special utility which is designed to remove HFS+ for Windows completely.
