RMB Build Fails win32 error 50 Paragon error 63

HDM Preview or B&R 16 -- work ok but cannot use because unable to build RMB.
Forced to drop back to HDM15.

Tried admin priv, reformat flash fat, fat32,ntfs, ADK/WAIK. chkdsk on ssd is ok.
I can exit HDM16Preview and build the rmb flash drive ok w/ hdm15.

WIN10 1703 using SSD C: drv to sandisk thumb/flash drive. chkdsk /f /r sfc /scannow all ok

problem was circumvented by removing dual boot.
