I used the Recovery Media builder in Backup & Recovery Ver 14 Free to build a disaster recovery DVD for my computer. I have upgraded to Backup and Recovery Ver16 Free. Do I need to rebuild the disaster recovery DVD using the new version of the software? Or will the disaster recovery DVD created with ver 14 work with backups created by ver16?
B&R 14 might not support the newer VHD method used by Paragon or just the old legacy file archive system. B&16 might not read the old legacy file archive systems. Some products can read both by using a legacy switch which will be left out in the future I'd guess.
