iTunes Unkonw error occurred (-1401)

I have a big problem with the new version of Paragon 15.0.293, because trying to copy mp3 files from my NTFS external HDD to iTunes (last version in Mac Os Sierra, last version) there is always this error:

Attempting to copy the disk “Macintosh SSD” failed. An unknown error occurred (-1401)

This is very strange because before with the old version of paragon I didn't have this error.
I tried to re-install the software, after clean all the drives and libraries, but it still not working.
Please help me.

Hello,
I, too, have an iTunes library on an external NTFS drive and I also use Paragon 14.4.182. Updated to 15.0.828.
I have the same problem, I can not synchronize music, sounds. And it all started with an upgrade to macOS Sierra 10.12.6
Did you manage to overcome the error -1401?

Updated Paragon NTFS for Mac to 15.0.828. The problem is gone.
