My Macbook Pro logic board gave up the ghost a couple of months ago. Since then, I've been limping along on an old Windows box that my kids no longer use. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium. I've been slowly beefing up this PC with components that I will be using in my final build when the X399 mobos are released.
My first question is this: If I purchase Paragon HFS+ for WIndows now and install it on Windows 7, can I use this same license when I replace this PC in a couple of months with a Windows 10 build?
Second question: Can HFS+ open encrypted sparse image bundles?
