I have went into a error 63 after create some RMB in one pen, and since I have formated this pen in quick and normal modes to NTFS and FAT32, and still was unable to bypass that error, I tried the "wipe partition" under default values in Paragon, and was able to solve this problem.
I hope this post could help others who may find this error, because I have not find anything beside paragon error description(https://kb.paragon-software.com/article/102) that was not very helpfull.
