does NTFS installation into all accounts on Mac?

I am considering purchase and would like to know if NTFS Mac, after installation, is available to all local users on the Mac, or does it need to be installed separately for each user account.

The product will be available for all users on that Mac. No need to install it separately for each user of the same Mac.
