P2V err 0x1114e: Duplicate encryption is not possible if target is virtual container

OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Bitlocker: Enabled
Bitlocker Volume Status: Unlocked


Target
Hyper-V 2012 VM
When I attempt to create a virtual disk using the above criteria, Hard Disk Manager 15 Pro SP5 64-bit throws an error:


Error Info
Error Code: 0x1114e
Error Message: Duplicate encryption is not possible if target is virtual container


Comments
I cannot find any references to this error message in any troubleshooting documentation, nor in the support forums.
This error persists when using the Windows application, and also persists when using the Windows PE bootable USB device application.
I am unable to create a virtual disk of my source machine.

Could you find out how to solve this problem?

I have the same issue with Windows 10(HP machine).
