Download of NTFS for Mac is corrupt, won't install

I just purchased an additional license for NTFS for Mac. I downloaded the product, but when I try to install it, it says that it has been damaged and the install will not proceed.

Hi,
This issue can happen with the Gatekeeper functionality. Please try the following:
1. Choose System Preferences from the Apple Menu
2. Click Security & Privacy
3. If the pref is locked, click the Lock (lower left) and enter your admin password to unlock it
4. In the General tab, set Allow applications downloaded from to Anywhere
5. If Anywhere is not available, type the command in Terminal: sudo spctl --master-disable
Relaunch System Preferences and go to “Security & Privacy” and the “General” tab. You will now see the “Anywhere” option under ‘Allow apps downloaded from:’ Gatekeeper options
6. Click Allow From Anywhere
7. Try running the installer again
8. Optional: After installation, go back to the Security & Privacy pref and set it back to Mac App Store and Identified Developers
