Windows 10 "Creators" Update deactivated my HF+ for Windows driver
Hi,
I bought HF+ for Windows on 08-Feb-17 and it has been working fine but after the latest big "Creators" update to Windows 10 it has become deactivated and whenever I try to activate it again the dialog window says that the entered serial number is invalid. I wrote down a license key when I bought it but not sure if it's the right thing. I paid for it using PayPal. I have created a support request and added the license details I am using as a comment. I don't want to have to pay for this again after only a few months of use. All my data is on a Mac-formatted drive that is now unreadable by my Windows laptop.

Just to let everyone know, my support request was answered and the problem is now resolved. My HF+ for Windows driver is now activated again and I can access the data that is on my Mac formatted external drive. Thanks Paragon Support for your prompt resolution of this issue.
