Not able to write to ext4 partition form Windows 10

I am evaluating your product. If it works, we will buy it and suggest our clients to buy it.

I am unable to write files in ext4 partitions.

The partition automounts when I insert my USB Stick or my SD Card.
I can read the partition.

When I drop a file on the partition, it appears in Windows file browser and I seem to be able to read it back.

The problem happens when I unmount the partition and remount it. At this point the files I copied are not there anymore.

I need a quick answer.

First of all, please try a newer version ExtFS for Windows 11, which is available for free to clients, who purchased ver.10.
Your request is purely of the technical kind, which requires additional info like a disk dump file. For this reason, please submit your request to the Paragon support though the UI.
