Creating backup image

I recently bought a new computer with windows 10
after I installed everything I did a "Backup to VD" onto a network drive (physically a WD myCloud drive)
and it completed successfully

I have since installed Visual Studio 2017
so now I wanted to do another image backup
but it seems to fail every time now

see attached for the error message
I have looked in the event viewer for any clues and there are no entries about this issue

I have even reinstalled the Paragon software and still get the same problem

not sure about findFirstFile,
my issue is that it just won't start

At you different issue, not findFirstFile, but also couple with VSS. Maybe aroused, initiated by the VS2017 installation. I think You'd better create an official request to Paragon support. https://my.paragon-software.com/#/da...rt/request/add
