Operation Failed - Not enough Memory

I have just reinstalled Windows 10 and therefore Backup and recovery 16.

When I setup a backup plan I get the above error after about 2-3 minutes after starting the backup. Also includes an error code 0x1001a.

I am backing up to a NAS and have applied the windows fix for the registry as per microsoft.

I have 16Gb RAM, so I don't understand why memory is a problem.
