Demo - Paragon NTFS failed to mount

Hi there,

before i buy, Ive tried the demo on both my machines, I keep getting an error in Mac OS Sierra saying "failed to mount". I then verify the drive which works but then it again gives me an error trying to mount!!! I tried a blank USB drive and reformatted it as NTFS but again get the same error.

Please assist ASAP.
