I had the trial working.
After a REFRESH PC, it didn't work anymore and because I was convinced your software was great I bought the final version.
I've been trying for 8 hours now (most of my day and evening) with reinstalling etc. but I can't get it to work anymore.
At first I got compatibility problems preventing the driver install which I didn't saw with the trial (but also now with the trial install), so I disabled the compatibility manager to install, no more errors, but still no drives.
When I check in programs running it's also not running, can't find an entry.
We're in the middle of a project so I would love a quick reply.
