ExtFS for Mac® 10 and DropBox

Hello

I am preparing a computer that will run in dualboot under Ubuntu and OSX "el capitan". I would like both systems to synchronize the same DropBox account on the same partition. If this partition is formatted in ext4, will OSX, thanks to "ExtFS for Mac® 10", be able to do the synchronizations?

It's not a question so exotic! Lol!
Who wants to manage two FS, is thinking about using 2 OS, no?
And DropBox is a quite popular application...

Anybody can help me?
