Recovery Media Command Line

Is there a way to open a command line windows in the Recovery Media?

Recovery Media of what program? The HDM Recovery Media has CMD button.

Sorry if I was not clear enough. I'm talking about the Recovery Media of Paragon Backup&Restore Free 2014.

Thanks but the donwload link is dead. So must I understand that there is no way to open a command line in the default Paragon Recovery Media?

In other Paragon programs like HDM15S if available, the command line option appeared in the Express Launcher which I don't see in B&R 14 Free.
