Issue with NTFS for Mac / Seagate version?

Does the version of NTFS for Mac that is available to Seagate drive owners need to be updated from 14.2.288 to 14.3.266? (http://www.seagate.com/ca/en/support...-os-master-dl/)

I could not make version 14.2.288 work when I loaded it on from the link http://www.seagate.com/ca/en/support...-os-master-dl/
Problem - my NTFS drive would not mount.

I uninstalled that version and and loaded the 10 day free trial which installed 14.3.266 and had no issues. Worked great!

• How do I make the Seagate version work?
• Really would like to make the Seagate version work as a long term solution.

Hi! NTFS 4 Mac Seagate is a different product, so the updated version will be available on the Seagate website
