Have I corrupted my external mac drive by not ejecting it first?

I am using windows10 and paragon HFS , I had my mac formatted drive plugged in and was watching a movie from it. I shut down the computer or restarted while I was watching the movie. After restart, Windows will not mount my mac drive anymore, I can not access and files on it. When I plug the hard drive into my surface pro, it sounds as if the hard drive is churning, and in Windows status bar on the right, it shows that there is an external disk plugged in and I can eject it, but it WILL NOT mount in windows explorer, there is no sign of the disk, and I CAN NOT access any files on it.

How can I repair this situation so that my Windows will recognize and mount my external mac formatted disk again

Hi! Try to to do disk verify in macOS, it might help. If not, let me know.
