disk not found

am receiving msg that "disk is not found" when creating system image..
this is NOT true, as i have checked disk's existence multiple times...
have also tried different disk and still get same response...

this is frustrating, any ideas???

does the software ask for a restart to finish the backup job?

no, it displays a dialog box with the "disk not found" msg and just ends at that point...

another question: how is/are the disk(s) attached to the system? "tried different disk" at the same interface?

the paragon 15 backup prog..

tried internal disk and usb attached disk
