BR 16 error out

Hi,

I installed Backup & Recover 16 and created a 2 partitions backup - my system & data partition. It includes 2 additional partitions: System Reserved & Recovery. The backup is located on a NAS. I scheduled the backup to start 10:30 am everyday. It's 1 full + 6 incremental. I can see that BR 16 creating folders and files on the NAS. However, it keeps generating errors for every backups.

First error was: 0x1116f. 2nd day was: 0x10091. 3rd was: 0x3b. 4th was: 0x1116f.

I could not find any information on 0x1116f error. Please help.

I got the same error. Not sure what causes it. Did you find anything?

I don't know what caused that error.

I had two processes / software writing to the same NAS share at the same time. After stopping the other one, I don't have any more errors.
If you have another process / program writing to the back up storage unit, stop that might fix it.

On another note, I wish there is a log for each back up task performed.

Could someone from Paragon provide some responses?

Evaluating HDM16. 10.1.28.101.002 win10 1703

I am getting the same error on b/u. Tried to both a network drive and a local drive. Tried reinstall of HDM16, same results.
"Operation has failed. Possible it has terminated unexpectedly"
Collect(ed) logs does not seem to indicate the problem ?

I had the same problem. I finally ran Chkdsk C:/f from Command Prompt (Admin) in Windows 10. The Backup program then worked as advertised.

I have the same error with paragon HDM16, chkdsk does not solve it, there is no error in filesystem. Iam not able to make backup with ver.16. The same backup on the same pc with ver. 15 without problem. I reinstalled HDM and try to install on windows 7 pc - but cannot run it - mising some dll. Surprise is that there is only 5 activation with paragon hdm 16 licence ! So i lost any bacause of this error. I must go back and install ver 15, ver. 16 is unusable for me. I purchased it already - big mistake, lost money, lost fast whole day with testing and reinstalling , iam very sad.
