Yesterday I had to call support because I had zero logs for five days. The Paragon support rep said that because the backup was unable to run, there would be no logs.
In my opinion, there should be logs for EVERYTHING that happens with my backups. If it was unable to run, log that and tell me it was unable to run. It's very difficult to troubleshoot issues when I have no logs.
jobs are triggered by the windows task scheduler. if this microsoft component is not able to start a job - missing permissions for example - paragon programs don't have any chance to notice that. if they do not run because they are not started they cannot log nothing at all.
