I just got it and installed it.

Created a BACKUP job but didn't realize to later after I started it that one option was set wrong. I'm going to an internal hard drive and don't need it broken into 4GB chunks. So I pressed the X to stop the job. It never seemed to stop? After a LONG time it seemed to have stopped though. Why not immediately.

Also other backup programs I've used have an icon on the taskbar, this one doesn't? That icon is useful determining when a backup is running. Only way it seems I can tell (I started the backup manually) is from the open program. I'm not even sure the back-up continues to run IF I close the program, at least I can't see any indication it is? Am I missing something? Does the program need to be open to have the back-up operation run? What happens when a scheduled back-up starts? Will I know it?

I'm doing a whole PC back-up and the status is very confusing to me. I see times changing rapidly, sometimes even lower and then higher. Clearly it can't be accurate?

If it is for a specific partition/disk, how can one tell?

How can one tell the total time for the back-up?
