Can't seem to get anywhere

I installed a new 2TB HDD

It has 2 partitions D:\ and E:\ ... and unallocated space .... want to change to 2 partitions only (35GB for D:\ the rest as E:\)
This is not by boot device, which is a separate HDD

However when I bring up the wizard it only shows my C:\ and does not show D:\ or E:\

What do I need to change to allow D 7 E to be manageable.

The easiest way is delete all this hodgepodge and re-create new partitions. GPT is not needed, because it is planned only two partitions. IMHO.

That is what I did ... but surprised that partition manager would not work
