    i/o error message

    I am unable to even open the back up program. Get an I/O error but scandisk says there is no problem. HELP!! I have Windows 10.

    I, too, am unable to even open the program with Windows 10. Says I have an i/o error, but scandisk says everything is fine. Please help.
