Do a clean boot, see if that works then add part of the apps back on. Might take some time to weed out the culprit.
B&R may not have the options as other Paragon apps to include or skip certain files.
When you restore select the PFI file from that archive.
What kind of PC are using that doesn't allow booting from a FD? WAIK is the older version(name), AIK is the newest package, yes it makes it bootable.
Interesting that it's been over two months and they are still working on this. Ticket still shows "In Work".
Much better and faster from a USB flash drive. Not sure about a RMB on a CD but for a USB flash drive it looks for files to create a bootable WinPE flash drive.
On my PC the default path and name are: C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\
It does some time to load might be even longer the very first time.
Did your Support Ticket disappear or get Closed? Their automated response email to you when they reply has worked for some time and if you don't respond, they close your ticket.
Mounting a partition, using it as any other drive can only be done from Windows, I think because I've never looked for it under WinPE(Recovery), a feature not in B&R16 I believe but it's in HDM15S...
Depending on what product you are using, if you have Settings>Backup Options, check Hot Processing which uses Microsoft's VSS Technology. Several years ago I needed to reinstall/rebuild Windows but...
If you are trying to use anything but ADK 8.1, try that.
B&R 14 might not support the newer VHD method used by Paragon or just the old legacy file archive system. B&16 might not read the old legacy file archive systems. Some products can read both by...
B&R16 was even worse as even ADK 8.1 wouldn't even show anything on my network. I just created a Recovery Flash Drive with B&R16 using ADK 1703. Go to Utilities>Run or Run Command, type in the same...
As mentioned in other threads since 9/19/2016 I've had a support ticket in for the BMB created USB finding my WD MyCloud but not showing my shares. After I convinced them that there was a problem I...
Missed the edit window again. Maybe they are monitoring this thread and me mentioning that using ADK 8.1 works with W10 v1703 caused the support ticket to be closed. You'd think that they would...
They solved it yet again by closing my support ticket about closing my other support ticket!
Too late to edit my above post but did you use the ADK/WAIK or uncheck that box? Checking that box or using ADK v1703 the Creator's Edition, it does work or unchecking that box either. I just...
Normally a NAS is plug/play or no drivers. I'm in touch again now. Seems their email notification isn't working so if one doesn't respond, they close the ticket after so many days.
The bad part...
Yes I know for a fact that it does but why should it take more money from you to get that to work when it did before? Funny, my Support Ticket for this from November last year on this problem which...
I forgot to mention that rebooting the PC was of no help. If the driver is running in background doesn't populate the drives on a restart/reboot?
Unmount the drive before ejecting it? Wouldn't ejecting it be the same?
On the trial for ExtFS for Windows(W10 v1703), well actually I uninstalled as I had a problem putting my PC into Sleep mode. The monitor shut off but the tower wouldn't! A second try would work but...
Try creating a recovery USB flash drive, see if it'll show your NAS and it's shares.
