What were those install-time drivers?

Although the Hotcore driver was deselected, the installer wanted to install 4 drivers. If I elected not to install them, the install aborted and rolled back its changes. No description was provided about the drivers, like a name for each to help identify them.

What are these drivers and what are they for? When I uninstall this software, how do I know those unidentified drivers also got uninstalled? Many uninstallers are dirty, like not removing the driver definitions in the registry and not deleting the driver files.

Are these really pseudo-device definitions in the registry instead of actual drivers that load when Windows starts?
