Why does trial version of HFS+ keep asking for a serial number

I have downloaded the software, installed, and restarted my Windows 10 laptop. It says I have 9 days left on my trial but there is only the activation program installed and it keeps asking me for a serial number. How to I get to the trial to see if this is what I need?

OK, it finally let me in after going through multiple updates. New problem though and will post a new thread.
