Paragon backup will not work - reports error 0x800704dd
I installed Paragon Backup 16 Free on my Windows 7 computer.
I'm trying to back up my C drive - which my system & programs are installed on. It's a SSD drive.
I set Paragon Backup to back this drive up to another hard drive I have installed in the computer. When I try to start the backup, is gives the error number & says
"Windows specific error (0x800704dd): The operation being requested was not performed because the user has not logged on to the network. The specific service does not exist."
I'm not trying to backup to a network, and I'm obviously logged on to my computer.
Any ideas? I have uninstalled the program, restarted the computer, reinstalled, changed drives to read from & read to, etc...

Please provide the following:
- screenshots of the expanded window with the error, Windows Disk Manager and the disk map in Paragon BR16 UI.
- log files, which can be created in the program interface as follows: select Home > Collect logs.
- msinfo32 file as follows: Press the Win logo + R keys to open the Run dialog, type msinfo32, and press Enter.

So I tried uploading the two files you mentioned - but the site says it exceeds the limit and won't allow me to.
