Paragon NTFS for Mac (15.10.468) Unable to auto writable in Ventura 13

Use environment:
1. MAC OS Ventura 13.0 (22A380)
2. Paragon NTFS for Mac (15.10.468)
3. My external hard drive is always connected to the MAC

The external hard drive cannot be automatically loaded into writable mode when the MAC OS is booted or restarted.

I had to manually unmount and reinstall the external hard drive in Paragon NTFS for Mac, and it would return to writable mode.

I never encountered this situation before I upgraded to MAC OS Ventura, any time after MAC OS boot or reboot, Paragon NTFS for Mac has a readable and writable external hard drive.

Solutions I tried:

I have authorized all the permissions of Paragon NTFS for Mac in Security and Privacy, and the permissions to start up

uninstalled and removed Paragon NTFS for Mac (15.10.468), reinstalled Paragon NTFS for Mac (15.10.468), problem persists.

I contacted Paragon customer service and it has been a week with no response
