Four hours or more to copy 250GB SSD to USB 3.0 stick

We have new Dell 7280 laptops here, USB 3.1, and some Samsung USB 3 64GB and 128GB sticks. The Dells have 250GB SSDs in them.

We are trying to use Paragon to make images of the SSDs and then copy the imaged stick to other sticks. All of it is successful but it takes four or more hours to do either task a single time!

Suggestions as to what might be the hold-up? I need to make 15 of these sticks, so . . . . :(
