Disk Wiper questions

hello I used Disk Wiper 15 (free) for Mac a couple of times to wipe a large quantity of Apple MacBook laptops.
Although FD15Free completes the wipes, it has its issues :

Reports : The reports are either not saved, or they are empty.
Consistency : The wipes of the same 249GB SSD can take either 2.5 hours or 25 hours.

Needing an urgent solution to wipe these drives securely + reports, I purchased Disk Wiper 15 Pro.

This picture was my reason to buy the Pro software.


I installed DW15Pro on Windows, but I am suprised that it's setup doesn't feature a thumb drive creation like the free version. I need external media to format these macbooks.
The manual is very vague about this feature :

I need instructions on how to create a thumb drive with Disk Wiper pro 15.
