Quick iso file question

I have run the Recovery Media Builder in Hard Disk Manager 16.5 Advanced. I realized that the resulting iso files were being deposited in my Documents folder, which doesn't do a hell of a lot of good if the hard disk drive crashes. So I moved the iso file onto the same usb backup drive as the disk backup uses. Are there any pointers in the iso file that needs to be reset by rerunning the Recovery Media Builder, or, am I good to go as is?

rightclick the ISO file, select "Burn disk image". "How to create recovery CD/DVD"

suggestion - make sure that backup drive is maybe just connected at backup time, then stored in a safe, or other location
