Problem with P2V to Oracle

Hello guys,

I am trying to P2V to Oracle, but seems that I cannot simply do that. When I try to open this VM, I receive an error from it, and doesnt open it:

I have already tried to P2V another HDD but I got the same error.

Software specs:
- Oracle Version 5.1.20 r114628 (Qt5.6.2)
- Windows 10 Pro
