Partition Manager Community Edition - wiped all my data!

I have an SSD that I created 2 partitions on.
One partition was almost full, the other had lots of available space.
I used the software to resize the partitions to move that unused space to the partition that needed it.

After about 2 hours, when the PC rebooted I was greeted with the Windows (10 v2004) prompt to format the drive that was supposed to have the extra space.
Essentially it nuked that entire partition.
There was no warning that this would happen.
So now I have to reinstall over a TB of applications and then spend countless hours setting them up again.
