How much will Restoring backup increase SMART attribute 'Lifetime Writes' for SSD?

Hello,
I have Hard Disk Manager 15 Suite and I have a question about creating a backup and then restoring it to an SSD drive using Recovery Media Builder on USB.
If I have a partition for example 100 GB and on it a system occupying (according to the bar showing the disk's occupancy in Windows) only 40 GB, when I restore this backup, will Hard Disk Manager save to SSD 40GB or 100GB?
In other words, how much will the SMART attribute "Lifetime Writes" increase: by 40 GB or by 100 GB?
