Paragon Disk Wiper 15 for Mac OS X Free - issues with 10.11 (El Capitan)?

Am I the only one who has yet to be able to get Paragon Disk Wiper 15 for Mac OS X Free to work under OS X 10.11.x (El Capitan)? The drive creator app appears to go through all the motions but ends with a "failed" status report and an apparently empty drive.

Well, I don't know... What is blocking your ascent to enlightenment?
I explained that the flash drive creator app appears to work normally but reports "failed" at the end and leaves a drive that appears to be blank. What more do you want to know? Do you want me to work backwards from 10.13 to identify the exact cutoff version? Do you want me to send any specific log(s)? To capture any specific process(es)?
