Migrate OS to SSD stuck at 0%
I have bought migrate OS to SSD.
I have burned the Recovery Tools to a CD and booted from it.
The software starts fine, recognises the OS drive and the new SSD (connected via a usb port).
I step through the wizard and it seems to start ok but then just hangs with Running Tasks 0%, Selective Disk Copy.
After an hour, still no further progress.:mad:

And as soon as I submitted it jumped to 50% with 13 minutes 34 seconds remaining. I wil update the thread if/when it finishes!

It did finish and all looked ok until I swapped the original for the new SSD....
It booted and got to the windows logo on screen but if I leave it at the logon screen for a few moment it then blue screens.
If I click to logon as soon as it appears it shows the desktop and then blue screens.
This is the same issue I had using other tools but hoped that paying for a dedicated piece of software it would work.
Wasted my money!

I just purchased the software this morning. After 4 hrs it is stuck at 0%. This seems to be an issue that many people have.
Is there a refund for this?

Hi,
Before migrating OS it`s advisable to look through the recommendations on OS migration: https://kb.paragon-software.com/article/94.
If after following the recommendations any issue is encountered, it`s better to submit it to the Paragon support at the same time providing logs (Home > Collect logs).
If the issue is not resolved, a refund may be requested with a clear conscience.
