Cannot Execute - Plugin is already used by agent

Hello,
I've taken over a new environment and have zero experience with Paragon. I'm currently confronted with the following error message:
Cannot execute task for policy 'DFS001 - Data Backup - USB'. Plugin 'Volumes' is already used by the agent.

Has anyone come across this before?
