Copy Hard Drive with USB Boot Disk to begin

I am getting a blue screen with a mouse on it after I have boot from my USB jumpdrive. I have installed the MBR onto the USB Drive and once the computer restarts it seems to load files, then goes directly into a light blue screen with the mouse cursor on it. At this point I can not see or do anything with the computer other than shutting it down with the power button. I am trying to duplicate the entire disk for use on other computers. I am using Drive Copy 15 Pro. Any help would be appreciated!

PS the drive is an SSD drive.
