My PPR server in on my home network. I configured a computer for my son, installed the VIM agent and successfully backed up his system. Now, he has taken his system to his apartment where he receives internet service from Comcast.
Even though he is plugged in and active on the internet, my Administration Server at home shows that he is offline. Are there special procedures to create a backup policy under these circumstances?
