DRIVER ERROR, computer freezing

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device ROOT\PARAGONBLOCKDEVICE\0000.

this is in SYSTEM EVENT LOG,
windows 10 , new machine, dell, 16 gig memory, 500g hard drive. system is intermittently freezing on startup

what is the above error, and how to get rid of it?

I HAVE UNINSTALLED paragon, i removed the /ProgramData and /Program Files folders, and some registry keys, but there are a couple keys remaining that include the above verbage

Please help
