Conversion from *.pbf format to *.pvhd

Hi,
I used Paragon Backup&Recovery Free v14 for many years and now I have planned to move to the current Community Edition of the product.

After installing the latter, I try to mount/check the backup archives of my partitions created with v14, but the operation fails.
Examining the documentation support, it seems the problem is that my backups are in the old *.pbf format, which is superseded in the Community Edition in favor of *.pvhd format.
So, the Community Edition can still restore from *.pbf archives but cannot mount/check them.

Therefore, I'm asking if there is a command or a tool to convert *.pbf archives to *.pvhd format, without the need to restore the archives to new partitions just to backup them in the new format (I don't have the needed free space on my HDDs).
