How to remove HFS+ from Win 11 start-up?

Hey folks,

I recently did a fresh install of Win 11 and installed my copy of HFS+.

I noticed that it boots up when Win 11 starts, and I can't seem to get it to not do that. I rarely run the program (once a year) and don't want it booting up every single time. I don't see an option to turn it off when I go to Settings in the program (I'm on ver 11.4.298). Weirdly, I also can't see it in the Win 11 "Start-up Apps" menu screen, NOR in the cmd->msconfig settings.

It's super sketch that it can't easily be disabled from Win 11 start-up.

Anyone know how to approach this?
