APFS for Windows Destroys File System

I've been using various Paragon products for years without issues and for the first time I have a real problem. I have a 4TB OWC Mini Elite SSD in RAID 0 mode - it appears as a single physical disk. Works spectacularly on all my Macs, but when I put it onto my Windows 11 machine in read only mode and then write to the disk, it damages the file system. I've done this 3 times now - clean format on the Mac using standard APFS, no snapshots. Putting it on the Windows machine in Read/Write mode and then do pretty much anything to it and it damages it. Take it back to the Mac and run First Aid and it reports multiple errors. These seem to be cumulative in that the more I write under Windows, the more errors First Aid finds. First Aid is unable to repair it so my only option is to reformat it. I've now resorted to running it as NTFS (which slows it by about 10% vs APFS on the Mac), and swapping it to Windows that way.
