Copy between different cluster sizes

I have a 8TB NTFS disk that I am trying to copy to a NTFS RAID that is > 16TB. The disk has the standard sector size of 4k and the RAID has a sector size of 8K. I am using Hard Disk Manager 17 Advanced and have tried to copy to the new disk however the file system on completion is broken. It appears that the sectors were just copied as is and not adjusted for the new sector size.

Is there a way of doing this that does not involve just cutting and pasting in explorer?
