Camptune X has failed to find a Boot Camp config..

Hi,

can someone tell me how to fix the error I am receiving? The exception thrown is "Camptune X has failed to find a Boot Camp configuration on your computer. Please visit the kb for more info.". This happened to me in the past then shortly after I lost my boot camp partition. I would like to get this fixed asap. I am running mac os Mojave 10.14.2 and running windows 10 pro under boot camp. My file vault is off. not sure where to go from here, please advise and thank you.

P.S I emailed in a tech support request, including my logs but got an email that paragon can't assist at this time. What gives?
