Read and write with hardware RAID 0 NFTS??

Hello! I’ve got a Mac Pro running OS 10.9.5. I’d like to utilize a hardware RAID 0 which I believe is formatted by the hardware NFTS.

Will this software allow me to read/write to/from this RAID 0 without issues?
